The plant is now almost completely constructed. This gold mining plant is located at Pangkham village, Paklay district, Xayyabouly province.

Under the Concession Agreement No. 034-13/ຜທ.ລທ, dated 28 June 2013 with the Government of Laos, the project with the total capital of investment of 182.3 billion Kip (equipvalent to 22 million USD) have been started constructing since then and it’s expected to be ready for full operation by end of 2020.
